Steam generation products
We are authorized distributors of the French brand ODYSSEE Environnement, a firm specialized in chemical products based on Amines, 100% organic. For industrial and / or FDA quality steam applications.
The mechanism of action of this technology differs completely from conventional treatments for steam generation systems. Our products form a mono-molecular layer that avoids the contact of water with metal surfaces, simplifying the treatment or protection mechanism.
Some of the benefits that are obtained are the following:

Improvement in heat transfer; therefore, decrease in energetic consumption.

Our Amine does not provide conductivity, there is no increase in dissolved salts; therefore, reduction of purges and savings in water consumption.

Open and closed cooling systems
We have solutions for both open and closed systems. For cooling towers we have: corrosion inhibitors, incrustation, oxidizing and non-oxidizing biocides, whether these products are manufactured locally or imported under the ODYSSEE brand.
For closed systems like Chiller, our offer of corrosion inhibitors has evolved from the classic Nitrites or Molybdates to Amines, which are more effective and friendly to the environment.

SERVICES
Diagnosis.
Preventive maintenance and / or operation services.
In many of the cases the diagnosis is the first stage of our services when entering into a new business relationship.

When our user does not know the causes of their problems, we perform a thorough analysis in order to collect as much information as possible of the situation presented, such as in any of the following processes or equipment: boilers, cooling towers, plants wastewater treatment companies, to mention a few.
After analyzing the problem, a detailed report of the cause of the problem and a solution recommendation are generated.
Corrective maintenance.
In this part of the service we take care of healing or correcting the detected fault in the diagnostic stage.
We analyze meticulously the information generated during the diagnosis and through the use of the State of the Art we correct the cause of the failure. It is common during this phase of work to perform chemical and / or mechanical cleanings in order to eliminate problems such as: corrosion, scaling and fouling of indoles: biological or non-biological.
We propose solutions to your processes, we implement the most appropriate solution and the problem disappears.
During preventive maintenance, we help our clients not to fall back into the same operating practices in order not to repeat a fault situation that could have repercussions on economic losses for their organization.
It is for the foregoing that we seek to establish a frequent commercial relationship where we provide an operation service, with scheduled visits to your plant of engineers or technicians trained to continue evaluating their processes and verify that their operational practices regarding water are in optimal conditions. After the visits we made a detailed report of the status of your equipment and / or processes.
